1. 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup -
2. 1 c. water -
3. 1 c. Pace® Chunky Salsa -
4. 3/4 c. regular long-grain white rice -
5. 1/2 tsp. onion powder -
6. 1 c. frozen whole kernel corn -
7. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts -
8. 1/2 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend -

How to cook deliciously - Southwestern Chicken and Rice Casserole

1. Stage

Stir the soup, water, salsa, rice, onion powder and corn in a 12 x 8-inch shallow baking dish.

2. Stage

Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover the dish.

3. Stage

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done. Top with the cheese.
