3. Hoisin sauce - 1 tablespoon
4. Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
5. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
6. Sriracha hot sauce - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
8. Corn, husks removed - 6 ears

1. Stage

Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, sriracha hot sauce, and ground black pepper together in a bowl until sauce is smooth.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
