2. 2 large onions, chopped -
3. 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped -
4. 1 medium green pepper. chopped -
5. 1 cup chopped celery -
6. 4 garlic cloves, minced -
7. 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained -
8. 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained -
9. 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste -
10. 3/4 cup water -
11. 2 teaspoons brown sugar -
12. 1 teaspoon dried oregano -
13. 1 teaspoon chili powder -
14. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -
15. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper -
16. Dash hot pepper sauce -

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Pork Chili

1. Stage

In a Dutch oven, brown pork and onions until pork is no longer pink; drain. Stir in peppers and celery; cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
