1. 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry -
2. 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed -
3. 1 cup plain yogurt -
4. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese -
5. 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light -
6. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
7. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -
8. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
10. 1 can (6 ounces) lump crabmeat, drained -
11. Assorted crackers or baked tortilla chip scoops -

How to cook deliciously - Spinach & Crab Dip

1. Stage

In a large saucepan over low heat, combine the first 9 ingredients. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted. Stir in crab; heat through.

2. Stage

Transfer to a serving bowl; serve with crackers. Refrigerate leftovers.
