1. 1/3 cup rice vinegar -
2. 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion -
3. 2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot -
4. 2 tablespoons soy sauce -
5. 1 tablespoon honey -
6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
7. 3/4 cup olive oil or peanut oil -

How to cook deliciously - Ginger Salad Dressing

1. Stage

In a blender, combine the first six ingredients. Cover and process until blended. While processing, gradually add the oil in a steady stream. Chill until serving. Editor's Tip: You can still make this dressing if you don't own a blender. Put the dressing ingredients in a jar and combine them with an immersion or stick blender. If you have a food processor, use that to make the dressing. If you don't have any of those tools, simply whisk all the ingredients together or shake them up in a jar (just know that the dressing will have a chunkier texture than the blended versions).
