1. 1 large egg, lightly beaten -
2. 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk -
3. 1 cup quick-cooking oats -
4. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion -
5. 1 teaspoon salt -
6. 1 teaspoon chili powder -
7. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -
8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
9. 1-1/2 pounds ground beef -
10. Sauce: -
11. 1 cup ketchup -
12. 3/4 cup packed brown sugar -
13. 1/4 cup chopped onion -
14. 1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke, optional -
15. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -

How to cook deliciously - Meatballs in Barbecue Sauce

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls.

2. Stage

Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain.

3. Stage

Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour over meatballs. Bake 10-12 minutes longer.
