1. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 (10 ounce) package
2. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
3. Crumbled feta cheese - ½ cup
4. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
5. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 4
6. Bacon - 4 slices

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix together spinach, mayonnaise, feta cheese, and garlic in a large bowl until well blended. Set aside.

Carefully butterfly chicken breasts, making sure not to cut all the way through. Spread spinach mixture onto chicken breasts, then fold to enclose filling. Wrap each with a piece of bacon; secure with a toothpick. Place in a shallow baking dish.
