Ingredients for - Spring Salad

1. Bacon - 12 slices
2. Fresh broccoli, florets only - 2 heads
3. Chopped celery - 1 cup
4. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
5. Seedless green grapes - 1 cup
6. Seedless red grapes - 1 cup
7. Raisins - ½ cup
8. Blanched slivered almonds - ½ cup
9. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
10. White wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
11. White sugar - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Spring Salad

1. Stage

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

2. Stage

In a large salad bowl, toss together the bacon, broccoli, celery, green onions, green grapes, red grapes, raisins and almonds.

3. Stage

Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
