8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
11. Salt - ½ teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 16 muffin cups with paper liners.
