3. Chili powder - ⅓ cup
4. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
5. Garlic - 1 clove
6. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
7. Oregano - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper, or more to taste (Optional) - 1 pinch
10. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4

Blend chicken broth, tomatoes, chili powder, flour, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and cayenne pepper in a blender until smooth.
