2. Dry bread crumbs - ½ cup
3. Egg - 1
4. Garlic powder to taste - 1
5. Worcestershire sauce - 1 dash
6. Ketchup - ⅓ cup
7. Packed brown sugar - ¼ cup
8. Pineapple preserves - ¼ cup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, and place into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
