Ingredients for - Tex-Mex Quiche

1. 1 teaspoon chili powder -
2. 1 pastry shell (9 inches), unbaked -
3. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -
4. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese -
5. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour -
6. 3 large eggs, beaten -
7. 1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream -
8. 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, well drained -
9. 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained -
10. 1 teaspoon salt -
11. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Tex-Mex Quiche

1. Stage

Sprinkle chili powder over the inside of the crust. Combine cheeses with flour and place in crust.

2. Stage

Combine eggs, cream, chiles, olives, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese.

3. Stage

Bake at 325° for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
