7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder -
8. 1 teaspoon ground cumin -
9. 1 teaspoon honey -
10. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
11. 2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean) -
12. Sauce: -
13. 1/3 cup packed brown sugar -
14. 1/3 cup honey -
15. 1/3 cup orange marmalade -
16. 2 tablespoons cornstarch -
17. 2 tablespoons soy sauce -
18. 1 to 2 tablespoons Louisiana-style hot sauce -
19. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce -

How to cook deliciously - Sweet and Spicy Air-Fryer Meatballs

1. Stage

Preheat air fryer to 380°. In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls.

2. Stage

In batches, arrange meatballs in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until they are lightly browned and cooked through, 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Serve with meatballs.
