Ingredients for - Tomato Chicken Stir-Fry

1. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil -
2. 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts -
3. 3 c. frozen vegetables -
4. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
5. 2 clove garlic -
6. 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup -
7. 2 tbsp. soy sauce -
8. 1 tsp. vinegar -
9. 4 c. cooked rice -

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Chicken Stir-Fry

1. Stage

HEAT 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned. Remove chicken.

2. Stage

HEAT remaining oil. Add vegetables and garlic powder and stir-fry until tender-crisp.

3. Stage

ADD soup, soy and vinegar. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to skillet and heat through. Serve over rice.

TIP: *Use a combination of broccoli florets, carrots cut in matchstick-thin strips and red or green pepper strips.
