1. White bread, torn into small pieces - 1 slice
2. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
3. Boiling water - 3 tablespoons
4. Ground turkey - 1 pound
5. Red onion, chopped - ½ medium
6. Dried cranberries, chopped - ¼ cup
7. Brie cheese, cubed - 2 ounces
8. Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons
9. Fresh rosemary, chopped - 2 sprigs
10. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 sprigs

Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
