How to cook deliciously - Ultimate Holiday Cheese Board
1. Stage
On a large serving or cutting board, arrange small bowls and fill with olives, compote, and spreads. Arrange cheeses evenly around the board. Cut the hard cheeses for easy access or leave whole with a cheese knife. Leave cheese knives for the softer cheeses. Shave off a little blue cheese so people can get the cue on how to eat it.
