1. Honeydew melon, fruit removed with a melon baller 1
2. Cantaloupe, fruit removed with a melon baller 1
3. Watermelon, fruit removed with a melon baller ¼
4. Grapes 1 bunch
5. Pineapple - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks 1
6. Pickled ginger 2 tablespoons
7. Fresh orange juice 1 cup
8. Fresh lime juice ¼ cup
9. White sugar 1 tablespoon
10. Chopped fresh mint ¼ cup
11. Fresh strawberries, hulled (Optional) 1 pint
12. Fresh mint for garnish 4 sprigs

How to cook deliciously - Persian Melon Salad

1 . Stage

Combine the honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, pineapple, pickled ginger, orange juice, lime juice, sugar, and chopped mint in a large bowl; stir to mix evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Gently fold the strawberries into the fruit mixture. Garnish with the mint sprigs to serve.
