1. Butter, or as needed 2 tablespoons
2. Finely chopped mushrooms 4 cups
3. Taco seasoning 1 (1 ounce) package
4. Corn tortillas, or as needed 8 (6 inch)
5. Iceberg lettuce, shredded 1 head
6. Tomato, diced 1
7. Onion, diced 1
8. Guacamole, or to taste ¼ cup
9. Sour cream, for topping ¼ cup
10. Taco sauce, or to taste ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Vegetarian Mushroom Tacos

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess butter and return to heat. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine, about 2 minutes more.

Serve each tortilla topped with a few tablespoons of mushroom mixture, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, guacamole, sour cream, and taco sauce.
