1. Vegetable oil - ⅓ cup
2. White wine vinegar - ⅓ cup
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - White Wine Vinaigrette

1. Stage

Place the oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Close the lid, and shake vigorously to blend. Use right away, or store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
