1. Soybean oil (often labeled "vegetable oil") 2 tablespoons
2. Edamame, in-shell, thawed 4 cups
3. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
4. Minced fresh ginger root 2 teaspoons
5. Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
6. Maple syrup 2 tablespoons
7. Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
8. Sea salt 1 teaspoon
9. Dukkah spice blend 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Wok Charred Edamame 3 Ways

1 . Stage

Heat soybean oil over high heat in a wok or skillet.

2 . Stage

Add edamame. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until pods begin to lightly char.
