1. Soybean oil (often labeled "vegetable oil") - 2 tablespoons
2. Edamame, in-shell, thawed - 4 cups
9. Dukkah spice blend - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage
Heat soybean oil over high heat in a wok or skillet.

Add edamame. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until pods begin to lightly char.
