1. Soybean oil (often labeled "vegetable oil") - 2 tablespoons
2. Edamame, in-shell, thawed - 4 cups
3. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
4. Minced fresh ginger root - 2 teaspoons
5. Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
6. Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
7. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
8. Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Dukkah spice blend - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Wok Charred Edamame 3 Ways

1. Stage

Heat soybean oil over high heat in a wok or skillet.

Add edamame. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until pods begin to lightly char.
