Ingredients for - Zoodle Caprese Salad

1. Zucchini 2 small
2. Fresh mozzarella, cubed 16 ounces
3. Grape tomatoes 1 (10 ounce) basket
4. Balsamic vinaigrette, or to taste 2 tablespoons
5. Arugula 1 (5 ounce) package
6. Fresh basil 10 leaves

How to cook deliciously - Zoodle Caprese Salad

1 . Stage

Cut zucchini into spirals using a spiralizer (fitted with the large shredding blade). Cut zoodles into smaller pieces.

2 . Stage

Combine zoodle pieces, mozzarella, tomatoes, and vinaigrette in a bowl; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

3 . Stage

Just before serving mix in arugula and basil.
