Ingredients for - Margherita Mug Eggs

1. Butter, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
2. Eggs - 2
3. Ricotta cheese - 2 tablespoons
4. Diced tomatoes - ¼ cup
5. Fresh basil - 2 leaves
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 leaves
7. Dried oregano (Optional) - 1 pinch
8. Grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Margherita Mug Eggs

1. Stage

Brush the inside of a microwave-safe mug with butter.

2. Stage

Crack eggs into mug and top with ricotta cheese, tomatoes, and basil; season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

3. Stage

Cook in the microwave for 1 minute; stir and continue cooking in 15-second intervals, until set, about 1 minute more. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over eggs.
