Ingredients for - A Michelada for All (Vegan and Gluten Free)

1. Sriracha salt as needed
2. Ice cubes, or as needed ½ cup
3. Chilled tomato juice 1 cup
4. Lime, juiced 1 medium
5. Vegan Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon
6. Smoked salt ¼ teaspoon
7. Celery seed ⅛ teaspoon
8. Aromatic bitters (such as Angostura®) 2 dashes
9. Coarsely ground black pepper ⅛ teaspoon
10. Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®), or to taste 1 dash
11. 1 pinch habanero powder 1 dash
12. Gluten-free beer 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - A Michelada for All (Vegan and Gluten Free)

1 . Stage

Dip the rim of a chilled, 1-pint mug into Sriracha salt and fill 1/4 full with ice cubes.

2 . Stage

Place 2 ice cubes in a cocktail mixer with tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, smoked salt, celery seed, bitters, black pepper, hot pepper sauce, and habanero powder; shake well.

3 . Stage

Pour tomato cocktail mixture into the mug and top up with beer; stir gently to combine. As you drink, top up your mug with more beer.
