1. 1 head of cauliflower (about 1 1/2 lb.) -
2. 3 tbsp. Frank’s RedHot Sauce -
3. 2 tbsp. butter, melted -
4. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
5. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder -
6. 1 tbsp. cornstarch -
7. 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese (2 oz.)  -
8. 1/4 c. sour cream -
9. 3 tbsp. buttermilk -
10. 2 tbsp. mayonnaise -
11. Kosher salt -
12. Freshly ground black pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

1. Stage

Break head of cauliflower into same-sized florets. In a large bowl, stir hot sauce, butter, salt, and garlic powder. Add cauliflower; toss to combine. Add cornstarch; toss to coat.

2. Stage

Using tongs and working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding, place cauliflower in an air-fryer basket. Cook at 350°, tossing halfway through, until browned in spots, about 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir blue cheese, sour cream, buttermilk, and mayonnaise; season with salt and pepper.

4. Stage

Serve cauliflower with blue cheese dressing alongside.
