How to cook deliciously - Aquarium Lemonade
1. Stage
To make the lemonade we need berry syrup, in the original recipe it was blueberry syrup, although the chef said it could be anything you want. You can get ready-made syrup, but I suggest making it yourself. I made syrup out of cherries. We squeeze the juice from the cherries (about 100 ml) with a juicer, add sugar, and I also put a few pitted dark cherries for color.
2. Stage
Bring the syrup to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes so that the solution has boiled down a bit. Let the syrup cool down.
3. Stage
We take oranges and tangerines in equal proportions, wash them, I had one orange and three small tangerines, and make fresh juice with a juicer.
4. Stage
Pour freshly squeezed citrus juice into a jug or other convenient container and add the cooled syrup.
5. Stage
We add cold mineral sparkling water in the ratio of 1 to 2.
6. Stage
Cut the orange into thin slices and add it to the lemonade. Put ice on it.
