1. Rice wine vinegar - 6 tablespoons
2. Vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons
3. Creamy peanut butter - 5 tablespoons
4. Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
5. Brown sugar - 3 tablespoons
6. Minced fresh ginger root - 2 tablespoons
7. Minced garlic - 1 ½ tablespoons
8. Thinly sliced green cabbage - 5 cups
9. Thinly sliced red cabbage - 2 cups
10. Shredded napa cabbage - 2 cups
11. Red bell peppers, thinly sliced - 2
12. Carrots, julienned - 2
13. Green onions, chopped - 6
14. Chopped fresh cilantro - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Asian Coleslaw

1. Stage

Prepare the peanut dressing: Whisk together rice vinegar, oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in a medium bowl. Set aside.

2. Stage

Make the cabbage salad: Mix green cabbage, red cabbage, napa cabbage, red bell peppers, carrots, green onions, and cilantro in a large bowl.
