2. Vegetable oil 6 tablespoons
3. Creamy peanut butter 5 tablespoons
4. Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
5. Brown sugar 3 tablespoons
6. Minced fresh ginger root 2 tablespoons
7. Minced garlic 1 ½ tablespoons
8. Thinly sliced green cabbage 5 cups
9. Thinly sliced red cabbage 2 cups
10. Shredded napa cabbage 2 cups
11. Red bell peppers, thinly sliced 2
12. Carrots, julienned 2
13. Green onions, chopped 6
14. Chopped fresh cilantro ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Asian Coleslaw

1 . Stage

Prepare the peanut dressing: Whisk together rice vinegar, oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Make the cabbage salad: Mix green cabbage, red cabbage, napa cabbage, red bell peppers, carrots, green onions, and cilantro in a large bowl.
