4. Celery, diced - 3 stalks
5. Green onions, diced - 4 stalks
6. Cooked quinoa, or more to taste - ½ cup
7. Chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste - 3 tablespoons
8. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
9. Agave syrup - 1 teaspoon
10. Soy sauce - ½ teaspoon
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Tomato Salad with Quinoa

1. Stage

Combine tomatoes, avocados, celery, green onions, cooked quinoa, and cilantro for salad in a bowl.

Mix lemon juice, agave, soy sauce, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
