3. Avocados, chopped 2 medium
4. Celery, diced 3 stalks
5. Green onions, diced 4 stalks
6. Cooked quinoa, or more to taste ½ cup
7. Chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste 3 tablespoons
8. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
9. Agave syrup 1 teaspoon
10. Soy sauce ½ teaspoon
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Tomato Salad with Quinoa

1 . Stage

Combine tomatoes, avocados, celery, green onions, cooked quinoa, and cilantro for salad in a bowl.

Mix lemon juice, agave, soy sauce, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over salad and toss to coat.

Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. After that the avocados get a bit mushy!
