Ingredients for - Baked Chicken and Cheese Risotto

1. 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup -
2. 1 1/4 c. water -
3. 1/2 c. milk -
4. 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese -
5. 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese -
6. 1 1/2 c. mixed vegetables -
7. 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves -
8. 3/4 c. regular long-grain white rice -

How to cook deliciously - Baked Chicken and Cheese Risotto

1. Stage

Stir the soup, water, milk, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, vegetables, chicken and rice in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Cover the baking dish.

2. Stage

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Stir the rice mixture.  Cover the baking dish.

3. Stage
