5. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
6. White vinegar - 1 ½ tablespoons
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Chicken sausage - 8 links

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine cabbage, apple, onion, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; toss until well coated. Place in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
