Cut the meat into slices about 1.5 cm * 1.5 cm. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Cut the pumpkin into small thin slices. For those who are very handy with it, you can cut a larger one. Place a layer of onion about 1 cm thick in the bottom of the pan. On top of the onions lay the pumpkin, then the meat, sprinkle with spices and salt. Repeat layers. The last layer is the onion.

Cover the pot with a lid and put it on a very low heat. Do not open the lid of the pot for 1 hour. After about an hour and a half you can stir the meat and continue to stew until tender. Bon appetit!
