Place a layer of onion about 1 cm thick in the bottom of the pan. On top of the onions lay the pumpkin, then the meat, sprinkle with spices and salt. Repeat layers. The last layer is the onion.
2. Stage
Cover the pot with a lid and put it on a very low heat. Do not open the lid of the pot for 1 hour. After about an hour and a half you can stir the meat and continue to stew until tender. Bon appetit!
