How to cook deliciously - Beer breaded cod
1. Stage
Sift 100 gr. flour and pour into a bowl. Beat the egg, add beer, salt and whisk with a large whisk.
2. Stage
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Sprinkle the slices of cod fillet lightly with flour and dip them in a mixture of flour and beer. Fry the filet over high heat for 5 minutes until crisp and until tenderloin is cooked. Put on a paper towel and dry.
3. Stage
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, finely chopped gherkins, capers and parsley, add pepper. Serve brewed with cod.
