1. Beets, scrubbed and chopped - 10 medium
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Chopped red bell pepper - 1 cup
4. Celery, chopped - 1 stalk
5. Salt - 2 tablespoons
6. White sugar - ½ cup
7. Chopped cauliflower - 1 cup
8. Mustard seed - 3 tablespoons
9. Celery seed - 1 tablespoon
10. White vinegar - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Beetroot Relish

1. Stage

In a large pot, combine the beets, onion, red bell pepper, celery, sugar, and cauliflower. Season with salt, mustard seed, and celery seed, then stir in vinegar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
