1. Bulb onions - 100 gram
2. Garlic - 4 clove
3. Bourbon - 200 gram
4. Black pepper - 1/2 Tsp
5. Salt - 1/2 tbsp
6. Ketchup - 2 Art.
7. Tomato paste - 1/4 Art.
8. Apple vinegar - 1/3 Art.
9. Liquid smoke - 2 tbsp
10. Worcester sauce - 1/4 Art.
11. Sugar - 1/2 Art.
12. Spicy sauce - 1/3 Tsp

How to cook deliciously - Bourbon sauce

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, combine onion, garlic, and whiskey. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until onion is clear. Add black pepper, salt, ketchup, tomato paste, vinegar, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and hot sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
