Ingredients for - Best Egg Rolls

1. Ground pork - 1 pound
2. Ground ginger, or more to taste - 1 teaspoon
3. Garlic powder, or more to taste - 1 teaspoon
4. Shredded cabbage - 2 cups
5. Shredded carrots - 2 ounces
6. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
7. Water - 2 tablespoons
8. Peanut oil for frying, or as needed - 1 quart
9. Egg roll wrappers - 8 (7 inch square)
10. Sesame seeds (Optional) - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Season pork with ginger and garlic powder in a large bowl; mix until thoroughly combined.

Heat oil in a large skillet to about 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) or medium high heat.
