3. Water - 1 ½ cups
4. Pumpkin Puree - 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Pure maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
6. Ground cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Steel-cut oats - 2 cups
9. Dried cranberries - 1 cup
10. Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons
11. Diced apple, or more to taste - 1 ½ cups
12. Chopped pecans - 1 cup

1. Stage

Lightly spray a slow cooker with cooking spray.

2. Stage

Combine the almond milk, water, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt in the slow cooker. Whisk to combine thoroughly. Add oats, dried cranberries, and butter.

3. Stage

Set your slow cooker to Low and cook for 3 1/2 hours. Stir in diced apples and pecans. Continue cooking on Low for 2 more hours.
