1. 1 lb. ground beef -
2. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
3. Kosher salt -
4. Freshly ground black pepper -
5. 1 (13-oz.) bag tortilla chips -
6. 1 white onion, chopped -
7. 1 c. pickle chips -
8. 1 c. Shredded lettuce -
9. 10 slices American cheese, quartered -
10. Sesame seeds, for garnish -
11. 3/4 c. mayonnaise -
12. 3 tbsp. yellow mustard -
13. 1 tbsp. ketchup -
14. 1 tbsp. pickle relish -
15. 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar) -
16. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
17. 1/2 tsp. onion powder -
18. 1/4 tsp. paprika -
19. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Big Mac Nachos

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425° and line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. (It’ll make cleaning much easier!) Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and garlic powder, and cook, stirring often, until beef is no longer pink, about 6 minutes. If there’s a bunch of excess fat, drain it. Otherwise, season to taste with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

Make special sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
