2. Fat-free milk - 1 cup
3. Crumbled blue cheese - 1 ounce
4. 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
5. Buffalo wing sauce - ½ cup
6. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
7. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
8. Freshly ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
9. Chopped cooked chicken breast - 3 cups

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook rigatoni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
