In 1.5 hours the dough is ready. If you don't have an oven, you can make it by hand. To do this, mix the liquid ingredients for the dough (milk, egg, butter), add salt and sugar, mix everything. Mix the flour with the yeast and gradually pour all gently kneading a smooth dough. Place the dough in a warm place, covered with a towel, to rise for 1-1.5 hours.

While the dough is coming up, we need to prepare the cream. To do this, mix sour cream with yolks, sugar and starch.

Transfer the cream to a saucepan and put it on the fire, bring it to a boil. Then take it off the heat and let it cool in a water bath, stirring occasionally.

Roll out the dough and put it in a mold (diameter 24 cm), I divided the dough into 2 parts and made 2 different pies. Prick the dough with a fork in several places.
