1. Lean ground beef 3 pounds
2. Minced fresh chives ½ cup
3. Blue cheese, crumbled 4 ounces
4. Salt 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon
6. Coarsely ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
7. Dry mustard 1 teaspoon
8. Hot pepper sauce ¼ teaspoon
9. Hamburger buns, split 12

1 . Stage

Mix ground beef, chives, blue cheese, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, mustard, and hot pepper sauce together in a large bowl until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
