1. Shredded coleslaw mix - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Seedless red grapes, halved - 2 cups
3. Shredded carrot - ½ cup
4. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
5. Prepared Dijon-style mustard - ¼ cup
6. Crumbled blue cheese - ⅓ cup
7. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
8. Cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, sugar and vinegar. Add the coleslaw mix, grapes and carrots and stir until evenly coated. Chill until serving.
