How to cook deliciously - Breakfast Apple on a cloud
1 . Stage
I made yogurt in a multicooker on the mode "yogurt" from pasteurized milk 3.2% and sourdough for making natural yogurt. It turned out a wonderful thick snow-white yogurt with a slight sourness!!!

2 . Stage
Place the oat flakes in a preheated dry frying pan and heat slightly, stirring. Add the sugar and caramelize the cereal over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Add chopped peeled almonds and peeled pine nuts.

3 . Stage
Stir in the nuts and flakes, roast for a minute and turn off the stove. Let the mixture cool completely!!!

4 . Stage
In a creamanca or glass, place a tablespoon of yogurt, dip the cherries in the yogurt, and sprinkle lightly with chocolate. It's always nice to enjoy that last spoonful, and a spoonful of natural yogurt with a cocktail cherry.... a wonderful joy!!!

Next, lay out a layer of cooled caramelized oat-nut mixture.

We add a cloud of yogurt.

7 . Stage
Lightly sprinkle with grated almonds and chocolate.

8 . Stage
Finally, we add our baked apples. Especially for this dish, I baked the apples at night, removing the core and stuffing them with prunes and almonds. In the morning, the apples had cooled completely.

Garnish with another cherry and molasses leaves for joy, goodness and good cheer!!! Bon appetit!!!
