Ingredients for - Queso con Carne

1. Processed cheese (such as Velveeta®), cubed - 1 (1 pound) loaf
2. Milk - ½ cup
3. Ground beef - 2 pounds
4. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®) - 4 (10 ounce) cans
5. Taco seasoning - 1 (1.25 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Queso con Carne

1. Stage

Place processed cheese and milk in a slow cooker.

2. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook and stir beef in the skillet until crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease.

3. Stage

Stir diced tomatoes and taco seasoning into ground beef and bring to a boil.

4. Stage

Transfer ground beef mixture to the slow cooker. Stir with milk and processed cheese.

5. Stage

Cook on High until cheese is melted, about 1 hour.
