1 . Stage
From the given number of ingredients I get two bars of sausage weighing about 300 grams. We start preparation by cutting the fillet into pieces and put it in the bowl of a blender. Add peeled garlic cloves.

Cook on low heat homemade sausage for an hour, if from turkey. If the sausage is chicken, 40 minutes will be enough.

Cool the finished cooked sausage. Remove the foil and you can serve!
