1. 1 large onion, chopped -
2. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil -
3. 4 large eggs, lightly beaten -
4. 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli, cooked -
5. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese -
6. 1 carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese -
7. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese -
8. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
9. Dash ground nutmeg -
10. 1 unbaked pie pastry (9 inches) -

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli Pie

1. Stage

In a skillet, saute onion in oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl; add eggs, broccoli, cheeses, salt and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
