7. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar -
8. 1 tablespoon maple syrup -
9. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard -
10. 1 medium clove garlic, minced -
11. 3 tablespoons olive oil -
12. Salt and pepper, to taste -
