3. Shredded Colby-Jack cheese - 8 ounces
4. Honey-flavored goat cheese, softened - 4 ounces
5. Buffalo wing sauce - ½ cup
6. Blue cheese salad dressing - ½ cup
7. Chopped green bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
8. Onion, chopped - 1 tablespoon
9. Chopped celery - 1 tablespoon
10. Chopped scallions for garnish (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
