8. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
9. Butter-flavored shortening - ½ cup
10. Buttermilk - 1 cup
11. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
12. Confectioners' sugar (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
