Ingredients for - Caprese Farro Salad

1. Farro, rinsed - 1 cup
2. Swanson® Chicken Broth - 3 cups
3. Red cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 cup
4. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
5. Basil chiffonade (thinly sliced fresh basil leaves) - ½ cup
6. Slivered almonds - ½ cup
7. Thinly sliced red onion - ¼ cup
8. Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Caprese Farro Salad

1. Stage

Mix farro and Swanson® Chicken Broth together in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain; allow to cool completely.

2. Stage

Transfer cooled farro to a bowl. Stir in tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, almonds, and sliced onion. Add vinaigrette and mix well.
