3. Marinara sauce 1 (16 ounce) jar
4. Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Sliced mushrooms 1 (4.5 ounce) can
6. Refrigerated or fresh cheese tortellini 1 (9 ounce) package
7. Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese ½ cup

1 . Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and Italian sausage in the hot skillet until crumbly and browned, about 10 minutes. Drain.

Combine ground meats, marinara sauce, tomatoes, and mushrooms in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours.
