2. Rolled oats - 1 cup
3. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground cinnamon (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
5. Sweet potatoes baby food - 2 (4 ounce) jars
6. Vegetable oil - ⅔ cup
7. Honey - ½ cup
8. Carrot baby food - 1 (4 ounce) jar
9. Eggs - 2
10. Brown sugar, or to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Carrot Sweet Potato Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper liners.

Whisk flour, oats, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Mix sweet potatoes, oil, honey, carrots, eggs, and brown sugar together in a separate bowl; stir into flour mixture until batter is just combined. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups.
